Wilken has built a career in network planning, airline partnerships, and airline performance optimization at two major European airlines. Before joining Vector Group as CCO, he specialized in enhancing airline performance, driving strategic collaborations, and expanding market presence. His expertise in commercial strategy, contract negotiations, and customer-centric solutions enables him to drive sustainable growth and maximize business opportunities in the dynamic aviation industry.

Since joining Vector Group in 2022, Matvey has led high-impact business development initiatives across the Group’s companies, including Electra Airways, ETG Maintenance, Classic Air, and Maverick Horizon. His current focus includes aircraft acquisitions, portfolio expansion, intercompany synergies, and the execution of complex strategic projects.
